Chili with Hamburger and Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds hamburger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 TBSP chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 23 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 15ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15ounce can diced tomatoes
Directions:
- Cook hamburger and garlic and drain grease.
- Cook onions, celery, carrots, and seasonings in the oil about 57 minutes.
- Add zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add hamburger, tomato sauce and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
